Video is from a promotional film produced for Sir William Halcrow and Partners (now Halcrow International) in 1980. Film shows construction of one of the World;'s largest ports but also provides fascinating glimpses of Sheikh Rashid and Dubai as it used to be.

Halcrow International located the film in their archives and restored it to video. The video has been made available to the public.
